There are two basic reasons people are reluctant to flee the indifference of life in a big city. The first is the concern that there will be nothing to do in a smaller community. The second is the fear of spending so much time commuting to and from their new home that they have less time to enjoy it there.

Fortunately, Brentwood is perfectly situated to take advantage of the amenities of civilization and the seclusion of the country. Our community is adjacent to Brentwood Plaza, a new upscale dining and shopping center. And it is close enough to surrounding commercialized areas—including Walmart’s World Headquarters—that you’re never far from civilization (although we don’t think you’ll miss it).
